Geothermal's New Twist
 The September/October 2004 issue of Smart HomeOwner magazine features an article on Direct Exchange geothermal systems. A Direct Exchange customer is quoted:
"Our previous home had electric baseboard heat and window air-conditioning units," says ECR customer Del Leese. "Today the comfort is seamless and smooth year-round, and the system is entirely reliable. We're delighted with the geothermal system."
The article contains graphics of a stylized DX installation, earth loop types, and an actual drilling operation in progress. Various types of DX geothermal technology are discussed.
