We have over 50 years combined experience in Structurally Insulated Panel (SIP) buildings and HVAC design and installation. Operating from our base in Wendell, North Carolina, we are ideally located to support the booming building markets of the Carolinas.

Professional Engineering - All modifications involved in converting your house plan to SIP construction methods including any foundation changes, load pointing, load calculations and structural member sizing will be reviewed and stamped by a licensed structural engineer.

HVAC Design - A professional HVAC engineer will review of your project. Based upon construction type, house orientation, window/door values, home location, and systems type, load calculations will be performed and duct layouts will be provided to ensure proper unit sizing and maximum efficiency.
